Orders are in stock and ready for despatch within two working days (unless it states otherwise).
The handmade jewellery is made using the finest quality semi-precious gemstones and sterling silver.
When an item is individually handmade some items may differ from the images shown, especially where gemstones are used. Since the stones are of a natural material the shape and colour of the stone may differ very slightly to those shown in the website.
How to pay
Payment is made through Paypal and Shopify's own secure payment system. You can select which method of payment you would like to use. I do not hold any of your card details as these of done through a secure protected payment system. Payments are made using your credit and debit card.
Postage and Packaging
All orders under £50.00 are send free by 1st Class postage. If you would like sent by special delivery you can opt for Express Delivery at a cost of £4.00.
Orders from £50 and over will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery at a charge of £4.00 and guarantees delivery by 1 pm the next day and is fully insured if the item is lost or stolen.
All items are gift boxed in an 'Alison Lush' gift box.
Return/Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simple return the item to me in their original unworn condition within 7 days of receiving it.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches me.
When returning items, for your own protection, I recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
I cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Repairs
Repairs will be carried out free of charge on items which have a manufacturing fault within six months of purchase. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any damages deemed to be subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty and a fee will be charged for the actual cost of the repair and postage.

What do we do with your information
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operation system
Email marketing is only conducted with your permission, we may send you emails about or store, new products and promotions.
Consent
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collection of it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask you for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information at any time, by contacting me at alisonlush@btinternet.com.
Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by Law to do so or if your violate our Terms of Service.
Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and service to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is the joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Third Party Services
In general, the third party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
